Get fit and raise money for cancer

London: Take part in the UK’s largest fitball fundraiser – in London’s Trafalgar Square on Thursday 18 March at 7.45am

Organiser, health services provider, Simplyhealth is appealing for 150 women to join in the UK’s largest outdoor fitball workout. Each woman will be provided with a free brightly coloured fitball and yoga mat and take part in a mass workout from 8.30am – 9.00am, led by celebrity trainer, Cat Dugdale (pictured above) – former trainer to Hollywood actor Kiefer Sutherland.

Simplyhealth donating £15,000 to Breast Cancer Campaign – the equivalent of £100 for every attendee.

The event is also timed to celebrate the launch of The Vitality Show – the UK’s largest celebration of health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing for women. The show runs between 18 – 21 March at Earls Court 2 in London.
